KNL012 “Stress Management

All of us have life stressors, its inevitable but how we choose to handle stress can make or break us. Managing stress is a learned behavior and to effectively be our best we have to master this monster. There is good stress and bad stress. The benefits of stress is the impact it has as a motivator to gives us that push we need to tackle the work at hand.

Unfortunately, bad stress over extended periods of time can adversely affect us and lead to health problems. Learning how to manage stress is truly a balancing act. Tune in to hear how stress affects the body and how to turn the tables on this silent beast that affects our day to day lives.
